Ball Mill Structural characteristics:
Ball Mill is made us of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on. The hollow axis of ball mill adopts the cast steel and the lining can be replaced very easy, the rotary big gear of ball mill is processed from cast rolling gear. Beside, the barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scaleboard. In one word, the ball mill runs steadily and works reliably.
Ball Mill Working Principle:
The ball Mill grinding operations are carried out in the ball mill tube body, the grinding media was imbarked inner cylinder body. The grinding media which rotation with the cylinder was taken to a certain height, and falling because of weight. Then the ore is impact by the media which installed in the cylinder of body; on the other hand, because of the grinding media in the cylinder body along the cylinder axis, revolution and rotation, the grinding media and tube body impact the material, then will grind the ore.
