MTW Series Trapezium Grinding Mill Working Principle:
MTW Series Trapezium Grinding Mill’s working process is that through the bevel gear transmission driving the central axis of rotation,on the upper of the axis connecting the roller hangers, racks fitted with roller devices and form a pivot.Not only roller device rotating around the central axis, but also around the grinding ring revolution, roller itself is a result of friction and rotation. Under the plum frame equipped with a shovel knife system, its location is in the lower roller, shovel blade and the roller take the materials into the grinding ring between revolution, the material layer will be crushed materials by the outward centrifugal force generated by grinding rollers rotate (ie, extrusion pressure), and then to achieve the purpose of grind powder.
